Let’s All Set Some Goals!
Let’s agree to meet up at some of our areas races. We have many 5K races in our area to choose from and if we all decide we’re going to do them, we’ll do them together.
Mark these 5K races on your calendar and let’s all start training. It doesn’t matter if you walk, run or limp your way through the course. The most import thing is that you do it!
