Mission Wellness Resource Centers
Mission Hospital’s Wellness Resource Center offers men, women and families a variety of consultations, health screenings and educational programs to promote health and wellness across a full life spa.
Consultations will be done with one of the Heart Path Exercise Specialist. Each consult will include discussing each individual’s health/fitness/exercise goals. This will include such areas as blood pressure, heart rate, body composition, waist measurement, BMI and exercise routines as they pertain to each person's goals. Everything is individualized to fit each person’s goals.
$60 for 1 hour session. Discounts available for Mission volunteers and staff.
