Hiking is an activity that cannot be overestimated when it comes to being a great exercise and giving
you peace of mind. Walking at a good pace on a hike and taking in all the beautiful fall colors can get your heart rate up and burn calories. Plus, there is no doubt that hiking can help you lose weight and it will no doubt help you get in shape.
One of the reasons that hiking is such a great activity is that it's fun to do and you can lose yourself in the beauty around you and almost forget that you're getting exercise.
